What is KYC and how do I obtain it?
KYC is an acronym for Know Your Customer which is a term used for identifying and verifying the identity and address of a customer. All shipments sent from or received into India need KYC documents (Government recognized Identity and Address proof) to be presented to Customs during shipment clearance (reference: Customs Circular No. 9/2010). If you do not have your own KYC, you can obtain one by uploading your documents, you can do this in one of the following websites (FedEx KYC / DHL KYC).
What are your shipping cost & times?

Usually, we process your orders within 3-10 business days and the deliveries take 2-5 business days (can take up to 10 business days or more) for express shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live!
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email.

Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 15 days so we can figure out what's happening.
If it's been less than 10 days, your package may be still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your door.

The price changed at checkout, what's up?
This is a common questions for customers who have changed store currency (USD) to their currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.
Rest assure that the price is the same no matter what currency is.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Cancellation request must be requested immediately after receiving the order confirmation email. (Please note that if the order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel your order.)
Why did I receive a refund/partial refund?
Sometimes we automatically issue refunds to you due to shipping delays, depleted stocks or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you via the original manner in which you paid for the relevant order. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
If you need to add/remove items or change details of your order, we ask that you cancel your existing order and place a new one. If an item that was in your original order is sold out when placing the new order, please contact cs.cokodive@mobicontentstech.com.
